A recipe from Ricardo Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
2 tablespoons maple sugar |
1/3 cup butter, melted |
375 g cream cheese, room temperature |
1 cup maple syrup |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350°F. 2. In a bowl, mix all the crust ingredients and press lightly into bottom of 8 spring form pan. 3. Bake at 350 F 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside. 4. In another bowl, whisk cream cheese and maple syrup. 5. Add the eggs and heavy cream, blend well. 6. Put the mixture in the crust. 7. Bake in the center of the oven about 1 hour. 8. Let cool in the oven, the door slightly opened, and then put in the fridge for 4 to 8 hours. 9. Serve cold with a little bit of maple syrup. |
