This came from EPC Anniversary Cookbook. I have not tried this, posting for future use. Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen winter squash |
2 tablespoons maple syrup |
2 teaspoons butter |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook squash to thaw (on stove or in microwave). 2. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. |
