Perfect Holiday confort food!! How could you not love it??? Recipe from Saltscapes magazine!! Ingredients:
1 cup squash, cooked |
1 cup evaporated milk |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon maple syrup |
2 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 teaspoon brandy extract |
uncooked 9 inch pie shell |
Directions:
1. Combine squash, milk sugar, maple syrup, eggs, salt, nutmeg, and brandy extract; stir until smooth. 2. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350F until fork comes our clean, about 45 minutes. |
