This is one of many recipes I have gotten out of a Grill Masters cook book. Some of them I have tried and some are still on my list to try. But all of them sound very yummy. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
3 tablespoons maple syrup |
3 tablespoons chili sauce |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 cup apple wood chips |
Directions:
1. Soak Apple Chips in water for 30 minutes. 2. Preheat grill. 3. Combine syrup, chili sauce, vinegar and mustard together in a saucepan. 4. Let simmer for 5 minutes. 5. Brush chicken with the oil and season with salt and pepper. 6. Add wood chips to coals. 7. Place chicken on grill and cook for 10-15 minutes or done all the way through. 8. Turn occasionally and brush generously with sauce in the last few minutes before they are done. |
