4 medium apples, cored |
4 tablespoons pure maple syrup |
1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. core apples and place in baking dish. 2. Drizzle maple syrup in the center of each apple. 3. Sprinkle cranberries in the center of each apple and sprinkle with cinnamon. 4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350, occasionally spooning syrup over apples. |
