Serve with bananas, cherries and peaches for a wicked pudding Ingredients:
200 ml maple syrup |
1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns |
4 cm cinnamon sticks |
1/2 orange, zest of |
Directions:
1. Place the syrup in a pan with the orange and cinnamon. 2. Crush the peppercorns in a pestle and mortar and add to the pan. 3. Heat gently for 10 minutes. 4. Leave to cool. |
