Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
2 cups soft breadcrumbs |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 tablespoons margarine |
10 ounces apricot preserves |
1/2 cup barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine meat, crumbs, onion, eggs, parsley and salt; mix lightly. 2. Shape into approimately 18 meatballs. 3. Brown in margarine; drain. 4. Place in casserole dish. 5. Combine preserves and barbecue sauce; pour over meatballs. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
