I found this when using a bumper crop. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup tawny port |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
6 mangoes, peeled and sliced |
Directions:
1. Place mangos in a baking pan. 2. Sprinkle with lemon juice and port. Dot with butter. 3. Cover and bake at 350' about 20 minutes, stirring once. |
