Simple and good.
Ingredients:
3 medium ripe mangoes
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Bring water, sugar and flavorings to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Add peeled and sliced mangos. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
3. Cool.
4. Serve plain, with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
