Simple and good. Ingredients:
3 medium ripe mangoes |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Bring water, sugar and flavorings to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. 2. Add peeled and sliced mangos. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until tender. 3. Cool. 4. Serve plain, with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. |
