1 large ripe mango |
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
1 cup skim milk |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 ice cubes |
1 pinch nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Peel mango. Cut fruit into large chunks. 2. Place in blender, including any remaining fruit on pit which can be scraped off with a paring knife. 3. Add yogurt, milk, honey and ice cubes. Whirl until smooth. 4. Pour into tall glasses. Dust with nutmeg and serve. |
