Mango With Lemongrass Syrup |

A simple asian dessert. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
2 stalks lemongrass, finely sliced |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
2 mangoes, sliced |
Directions:
1. Put water, lemongrass and sugar in a saucepan, stir over a low heat until sugar dissolves. 2. Increase heat to medium and simmer for 15 minutes until reduced. 3. Remove from heat allow to cool and pour syrup over mangoes. |
