Mango With Lemongrass Syrup

A simple asian dessert.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 stalks lemongrass, finely sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 mangoes, sliced
Directions:
1. Put water, lemongrass and sugar in a saucepan, stir over a low heat until sugar dissolves.
2. Increase heat to medium and simmer for 15 minutes until reduced.
3. Remove from heat allow to cool and pour syrup over mangoes.
