A sweet, Thai inspired side dish! Ingredients:
white rice (any kind, sushi rice is best) |
1 mango |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cook 1 1/2 cups of rice in rice cooker according to directions. 2. While rice is cooking, chop up the mango into tiny pieces. 3. When Rice is finished, toss in a small amount of olive oil and add mango. Enjoy! |
