2 cups mangoes, chopped |
3 ripe tomatoes, chopped |
1/2 cup purple onion, chopped fine |
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped fine |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Lightly mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Chill to serve. |
