This is a delcious salsa. Its taste is a combination of sweet, sour and spicy flavors. Enjoy this recipe. Ingredients:
3 ripe mangoes, pitted and cubed |
1 fresh lime, squeeze the juice |
1 tablespoon red onion, minced |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped |
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and miced (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes and toss before serving. 2. Serve over chicken, meat and fish dishes to add more flavor. |
