Serve this colourful salsa with Lime Tortilla chips Ingredients:
15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained |
7 ounces whole kernel corn, drained |
1 mango, medium, cut into small pieces |
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped |
1/4-1/2 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
2 -3 tablespoons lime juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients. Adjust seasonings if needed. Serve with tortilla chips. |
