Biggest Loser Smoothie Ingredients:
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries |
1/2 cup chopped mango |
1/4 cup orange juice |
4 ice cubes |
1/2 teaspoon honey |
1/4 cup grape-nuts cereal |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, mango, juice, and ice. 2. On high speed, blend until the mixture is almost smooth with a consistency somewhere between a slush and a sorbet. 3. Pour into a tall glass. 4. Stir in the honey. 5. Top with the cereal. 6. Serve immediately. |
