Biggest Loser Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/2 cup chopped mango
1/4 cup orange juice
4 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup grape-nuts cereal
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, mango, juice, and ice.
2. On high speed, blend until the mixture is almost smooth with a consistency somewhere between a slush and a sorbet.
3. Pour into a tall glass.
4. Stir in the honey.
5. Top with the cereal.
6. Serve immediately.
