Coconut sticky rice topped with mango Ingredients:
3 c sushi rice |
1 c coconut milk |
1/2 c sugar |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 mango |
1/4 c shredded coconut |
Directions:
1. Cook rice 2. mix coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a pan 3. bring to boil 4. remove from heat 5. add sauce to rice 6. cover and let sit for an hour |
