My teenage daughter, a mango smoothie junkie, found this recipe on the Internet and proclaims it the best she's ever tasted. Ingredients:
1 cup fresh mango, cubes |
1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and whip until smooth. 2. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired. |
