I came up with this from both desire and necessity. Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 cup powdered sugar |
3 egg whites |
Directions:
1. Peel mangos and cut in to smaller pieces. 2. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 3. Blend on high until smooth. 4. Enjoy! |
