This recipe was found in the 2005 cookbook, Raw Food - Real World. Ingredients:
3 cups fresh mango, ripe, diced |
2 cups coconut water (from a real live coconut!) |
3 tablespoons agave nectar |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon lime juice |
1 pinch sea salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender & puree until smooth. 2. Serve & ENJOY! |
