Mango Salsa With Red Bell Pepper |

Recipe from the National Mango Board Ingredients:
1 mango, diced small |
1/2 large red bell pepper, diced small |
1/4 cup red onion, diced small |
2 -3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 teaspoon ground cumin (or to your taste) |
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (or to your taste) |
1 pinch sea salt |
Directions:
1. Dice mango, red pepper, and red onion and combine in bowl. 2. Mix lime juice, olive oil, ground cumin, hot sauce and salt in small bowl, Whisk together. 3. Mix into salsa. 4. Chop cilantro and add to salsa. 5. Stir until combined. |
