This is a simple, yet refreshing pasta salad punched with the goodness of mango. Fun to make and delicious. Great on its own, and as a soothing side-dish. Enjoy the fruity sensation! Ingredients:
- spiral pasta (or macaronis), boiled according to package instructions |
- 1 just-ripe mango, diced |
- 1 small tomato, diced |
- 1 small red onion, seeded & finely chopped |
- 1/2 small chilli padi, seeded & finely chopped |
- grated zest & juice of 1 large lime |
- chopped coriander (cilantro) leaves/parsley |

Directions:
1. In a bowl, just toss the ingredients together and mix well. That’s it! Yay! |
