This tasty salsa is a wonderful addition to grilled seafood! We enjoy it with Bacon Wrapped Grilled Halibut Steaks Ingredients:
2 mangoes, 1/4-inch diced |
1 red onion, 1/4-inch diced |
1 red bell pepper, 1/4-inch diced |
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced |
1 pinch sugar |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Dice mango, red onion, bell pepper and jalapeno pepper. 2. Place in serving bowl. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients and chill until serving. 4. NOTE: Some may want to add 2 jalapenos rather than 1 for a more fiery taste. |
