This all-purpose relish is good with pork, chicken, and flank steak.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups chopped peeled mango (about 3 medium)
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tablespoons minced seeded jalapeƱo pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
