I marked this as good!! Great on top of black beans, veggies or even a dessert omlet. Ingredients:
1 mango, diced finely |
2 tablespoons red onions, diced |
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced |
1 tablespoon cilantro, minced fresh |
3 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon brown sugar or 1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Mix, cover and refrigerate. 2. Will keep 4-6 days in fridge. |
