Simple and loaded with good stuff Ingredients:
1 mango |
1 red pepper |
1 jalapeno pepper |
2 tsp lime juice |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 tbsp cilantro |
Directions:
1. Remove skin and pit from mango 2. Dice mango 3. Remove seed and core from red pepper and jalapeno pepper 4. Dice peppers 5. Combine with mango 6. Add lime juice, salt, and cilantro to taste |
