1 lb firm-ripe mango, peeled and diced |
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and diced |
3 radishes, finely diced |
1/4 cup peach nectar |
1 scallion, thinly sliced |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Toss well. 3. Chill. |
