I got this recipie from my sister's neighbor when we went to her house for a small gathering. It's sweet and zesty. Ingredients:
2 mangoes, diced |
1 pint strawberry, diced |
1 small red onion, diced |
1 (8 ounce) can rotel tomatoes & chilies |
fresh cilantro |
fresh lime juice |
Directions:
1. Dice fruits/vegetables, add cilantro and lime juice. Mix together and chill well. Serve with corn chips. |
