This is a delicious salad recipe from the beautiful island of Seychelles. Ingredients:
3 semi-ripe mangoes, peeled with a potato peeler |
1 spanish onion, sliced into ringlets |
juice of 1 lime |
peri-peri/bird eye chillies (according to your taste) |
salt |
Directions:
1. Marinate mango slices in lime juice, sliced onions, crushed red chillies, pinch of salt and leave in the fridge for a few days |
