Ingredients:
1/2 mango
2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tomato (can be substituted with grape tomatoes)
1/2 cucumber
1/2 celery stalk
1 avocado*optional
lettuce,as many as you want
Directions:
1. whisk together vinegar, lemon juice,sugar,salt, and pepper until sugar is dissolved. Chop mango, cucumber,lettuce,celery and mix!
2. Serve and Enjoy!!!
