1/2 mango |
2 teaspoon lemon juice |
2 teaspoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 tomato (can be substituted with grape tomatoes) |
1/2 cucumber |
1/2 celery stalk |
1 avocado*optional |
lettuce,as many as you want |
Directions:
1. whisk together vinegar, lemon juice,sugar,salt, and pepper until sugar is dissolved. Chop mango, cucumber,lettuce,celery and mix! 2. Serve and Enjoy!!! |
