This mango relish is a refreshing side dish to serve with fried fish. Ingredients:
1 green mango - peeled, seeded, and diced |
1 tomato, finely chopped |
2 sprigs cilantro, finely chopped |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
