Mango-Raisin Bread

I got this recipe from my son-in-law's mom.
Ingredients:
1 cup mango puree
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup butter, soft
1 1/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Using medium speed beat butter and sugar till fluffy.
3. Beat in eggs one at a time till blended.
4. Beat in vanilla and margarine.
5. Stir in flour mixture just till moist.
6. Fold in raisins.
7. Spoon into loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
8. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
