Sweet, tart and cruncy salsa on the side or in a taco. (Eating Well, June/July 2005)
Ingredients:
3 cups mangoes, diced (about 2 large)
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 pinch salt
1 cup radish, diced (about 1 bunch)
Directions:
1. Toss mangoes, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
2. Stir in radishes just before serving.
