Mango Pineapple Preserves

Ingredients:
8 cups mangoes, chopped
20 ounces crushed pineapple (canned, if fresh 2 cups and 1 cup sugar)
1/4 cup lime juice (lemon will do)
4 cups sugar
Directions:
1. Put fruit in pot over medium heat. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Cook until thickened.
2. Fill hot sterilized jars and seal.
3. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes, cool and store.
