A very fresh and fruity salad that goes perfect with the fish. Ingredients:
1 large peach, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch cubes |
1 large mango, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch cubes |
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped |
1 medium plum tomato, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch cubes |
1 small chili pepper, seeded and minced |
1/2 tbsp. fresh lime juice |
1 tbsp. fresh orange juice |
1/2 tsp. finely grated orange zest |
1 tbsp. mined parsley |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
