Ingredients:
1 ripe mango
1/2 cup loosely packed chopped parsley
1/4 cup organic frozen lemonade concentrate
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender on high for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
2. Pour into popsicle molds.
3. Freeze for six hours.
