This smoothie is all natural and very low calorie. It is creamy and filling and has plenty of protein and fiber.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup frozen papaya, chunks
1 cup light soymilk
1/4 cup water
Directions:
1. If you like a sweeter smoothie feel free to add your favorite no calorie sweetner. I like 'stevia plus'.
2. put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then enjoy!
3. This smoothie has 155 calories.
