Tropical and fresh! Ingredients:
1 mango, peeled,seeded,and chopped |
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1/4 cup crushed ice |
3/4 cup orange juice |
Directions:
1. Place mango, yogurt, and ice in blender and puree until smooth; add orange juice and blend until mixed. 2. Pour into glasses and serve. |
