Our home economists suggest you serve this beautiful beverage at your next brunch in place of mimosas. Just chill the base one hour before adding the club soda. Ingredients:
4 cups mango nectar |
2 cups orange juice |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 bottle (1 liter) club soda, chilled |
lime slices, optional |
Directions:
1. In a large pitcher, combine the nectar and juices. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 2. Just before serving, stir in club soda. Serve in champagne flutes or wine glasses. Garnish with lime slices if desired. Yield: 13 servings (2-1/2 quarts). |
