Time for prep and cooking are guesses as I haven't made this yet. Will update after I make it. Ingredients:
500 g mangoes, drained and sliced |
fresh mango, sliced |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon gelatin |
1/4 cup boiling water |
2 1/2 cups whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Keep some mango slices for decoration, puree the rest. Add lemon juice and sugar. 2. Sprinkle gelatin over hot water, add to mango puree. Fold cream into mango puree. 3. Spoon into small bowls, refrigerate until set. 4. Decorate with mango slices. |
