Cooking Light. March 2003. Cooking time is freezing time. Ingredients:
3 cups coarsely chopped peeled mangoes |
1 cup ice cube |
1 cup mango nectar |
3/4 cup white rum |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint |
Directions:
1. Place mango in freezer for 1 hour. 2. Combine mango, ice cubes, and remaining ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately. |
