From Sam Choy's Kitchen cookbook Ingredients:
4 ripe mangoes, peeled and seeded |
1 cup fresh orange juice |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 cup yogurt |
3 cups crushed ice |
4 tablespoons honey |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Chop the mango, pour into a blender with the rest of the ingredients. 2. Blend until smooth, and serve in a tall glass. 3. Garnish with a sprinkling of ground black pepper. |
