Delicious mango cream pie, sugar free, fat free, luscious-what else could you ask for? My own recipe I made cause I'm diabetic and need the sugar free, but it doesn't lack in flavor. You can use the light cream cheese or regular if you prefer. Enjoy! Ingredients:
4 large ripe mangoes |
8 ounces cream cheese |
8 ounces cool whip free |
1/4 cup milk |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Peel and slice mangoes, add cinnamon; set aside. 2. Beat cream cheese and milk till smooth. 3. Add Cool Whip and mix well. 4. Fold in mangoes. 5. Pour into crust. 6. Chill till firm. |
