Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups pitted peeled and chopped mangoes |
3 cups lime juice |
3 tablespoons sugar |
4 mint leaves |
Directions:
1. In food processor or blender, combine mango, lime juice and sugar; puree until smooth. 2. Pour into 9-by 12-inch baking dish. 3. Place in freezer until ice forms on sides. 4. Stir well. 5. Return to freezer. 6. Freeze until firm, but not solid. 7. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes. 8. Garnish with mint leaf. |
