Mago Lassi an Indian mango smoothie, low in carbs and calories Ingredients:
1 ripe mango |
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt |
1/4 cup 1% lactose milk |
3 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Cut the mango and discard bone. Scoop the mango meat and put in the blender, add the yogurt, milk and ice cubes and blend for 1 minute and serve. Serves two glasses. |
