This cooling yogurt drink is great with a spicy meal. Ingredients:
3/4 cup dannon nonfat plain yogurt (6 oz.) |
1/2 cup lowfat 1% low-fat milk |
1 cup frozen sliced mango |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Add everything together in blender. 2. Blend for about 30 seconds. 3. Makes about 2 cups, drink with a straw! |
