A cooling drink made with mango and yogurt, Eastern Indian Lassi. Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt |
1 mango - peeled, seeded, and chopped |
1 tablespoon white sugar |
3 cups cold water |
1 pinch salt |
4 sprigs fresh mint, garnish |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine yogurt, mango, sugar, water and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with a sprig of mint. |
