Ingredients:
1/2 chopped ripe mango
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons spiced simple syrup, recipe follows
pinch fine salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
4 green cardamom pods, cracked
2 allspice berries
1 cinnamon stick
1 whole clove
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

4. Put all the ingredients in a small sauce pan, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. When sugar is dissolved, remove from heat. Cool, strain, and refrigerate.
