Ingredients:
1/2 chopped ripe mango |
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
1/4 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice |
2 tablespoons spiced simple syrup, recipe follows |
pinch fine salt |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 cup water |
4 green cardamom pods, cracked |
2 allspice berries |
1 cinnamon stick |
1 whole clove |
Directions:
