Ingredients:
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 medium mango, peeled and cubed
2 cups ice cubes
3 tablespoons sugar
5 fresh mint leaves
2 cardamom pods, crushed, optional
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the yogurt, mango, ice, sugar, mint leaves and cardamom pods if desired. Cover and process for 30-60 seconds or until blended. Pour into two chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
