Ingredients:
1 cup chopped mango flesh |
1 cup plain soy yogurt |
1/2 cup soy milk |
4 teaspoons simple syrup (equal amounts sugar and water heated until sugar is dissolved) |
pinch ground cardamom, plus more, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Put mango flesh, yogurt, milk, simple syrup and a pinch of cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then pour into individual glasses, over ice and serve.
